Additional categories:
The standard additional category fee will apply if you wish to enter additional categories in the same award program.
Example: You want to enter 3 x categories in a subsequent awards program.
First entry $395.00 + 2 x extra categories ($275.00 each) $550.00 = $945.00 inc. GST.
Special rate terms:
If the awards entry criteria differ vastly from previous programs we have worked on together, additional costs may apply to account for the workload.
Rush fees of 25% apply if booked within 14 days of the deadline. Additional charges apply if booked within seven days of the award deadline.

Service Overview:
If the awards program you are entering requires supporting material to be supplied, Mel Wrote It can arrange the following for added convenience:

A checklist of media files will be sent to you for your return.

Reviewing the returned files and sourcing any relevant publicly available information about your brand to complement your supplied material.

Creating 1 x PDF brochure for your brand (up to 5 pages, max). The supporting document file will meet the award entry specifications (naming, size, and format).

The draft PDF document includes 2 x rounds of revisions (following your feedback).

Uploading your PDF as an attachment with your written awards entry.

pay terms
STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS (50/50)
An invoice for the initial 50% payment is issued upon acceptance of any client agreement. This payment is due to secure your slot in my schedule before client interviews are booked. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon providing the first draft being supplied to you.
PAYMENT PLANS (PP)
Payment plans via (4, 6 or 8) weekly instalments are available for projects over $500.00.
Upon acceptance of any client agreement, an invoice is issued to pay the first instalment immediately.
A 15% admin fee is added for additional processing fees and times.
RUSH FEES
Awards Copywriting services have a 3–4-week standard turnaround.
A Rush Fee of 25% will be added to your total bill for projects commencing within two weeks of the deadline.
The Final Edit has a standard turnaround of 48 hours; an additional 25% rush fee will apply to prioritise the work if you require a shorter time.
APPROVED DISCOUNTS (-10%)
Early bird discount:
Benefit from booking early for all projects booked at least five (5) weeks before the awards entry deadline and shall receive a 10% discount on the invoice total.
Equity discounts:
At our discretion, project discounts or pro-bono services may be included or provided for equity of access. The following groups receive a 10% discount on all total project investment costs:
