Introduction

Hey lovely,

*rips the bandaid off*

I'll admit that some awards are tokenistic and full of fluff.

So, as an awards copywriter, I LOVE it when awards programs are part of something much BIGGER.

Awards that MEAN something.

Awards that are part of a MOVEMENT.

Like championing and celebrating gender diverse, non-binary and women-identifying trailblazers in male-dominated industries...

*Women Leading Tech has entered the chat*

Diversity and inclusivity are core values of the Women Leading Tech community, reflecting the tech industry's dynamic and evolving nature.

Presented by Tech game-changer Atlassian, you KNOW these awards will be the real deal.

Plus, the awards were significantly expanded this year, with a new category - Customer Success - and many new partners and entrants.

Diverse and Inclusive

Awards highlight a range of talent, from rising stars competing for the Rising Star trophy to experienced leaders competing for the Executive Leader and Woman of the Year prizes.

The Champion of Change, Sustainability Crusader, Mentor, and Social Impact Advocate categories recognize those who extend their influence beyond their organizations.
